About Me: I am born and raised in Calgary and area. My first experience with real estate was in 1971 when my Dad and Mom bought a junker, on Bowness road, 3 homes away from "chicken on the way". I think I remember this as to the smell it created in the area and YES it is still there! I bought my first place in 1982 thinking " what a deal" only to find out in 1985, ooops, I rented that condo and bought another house in 1985. In 1996 after corporate work I became a Realtor, I have sold $50,000 properties up to $10 million and they all have unique qualities. The housing market has changed since 1996, but it remains the same, Buyers want to buy and Sellers want to sell
